A Web host is a company who stores your website on a server (a computer set up for the purpose) so it can be viewed on the Web. It's a necessary part of having a website. If your website isn't hosted on the Intenet, no one will be able to read your website writing.
Look for a quality Web host when you launch your website. If you find a cheap Web host, you'll get what you pay for. Think twice before you settle for the free Web hosting services provided by your Internet Service Provider. Free ISP Web hosting isn't usually set up for lots of traffic, and your website can crash or be shut down if your website gets popular and overloads your ISP's system.
